SUBSTANCE: method uses input information which consists of at least number of frequencies required for given base station, and frequencies which use is allowed in communication network, and information about possible interference between base stations in cases of allocation of equal or adjacent frequencies. For this method involves a) selection of base station from set of base stations which all frequencies have not been allocated yet, using first selection criterion and additional criteria, if needed, b) selection of frequency using first frequency selection criterion and additional criteria, if needed, assignment of frequency selected in operation step b to base station selected in operation step a.
