FIELD: food production industry. SUBSTANCE: novel high-quality oil-fat phospholipoid food product is intended for dietetic, children's, and cure-prophylactic feeding. Food product includes vegetative refined deodorized oil and vegetative phospholipids which are produced in result of treating non-refined vegetative oil with water or water solution of electrolyte in alternating rotating magnetic field with magnetic induction of 0.30-0.35 T at field rotation frequency of 50 s -1. Then, treatment is effected in permanent electromagnetic field with magnetic induction of 0.60-0.80 T at flow speed of 3.5-5.0 m/s. Holding period is 10-15 min at temperature of 70-75 C. Phospholipid emulsion is separated from oil in thin layer with thickness of 20-30 mm at flow speed of 2.0-5.0 mm/s and at temperature of 70-75 C. Phospholipid emulsion is prepared and dried in permanent electromagnetic field with magnetic induction of 0.60-0.80 T at flow speed of 0.5-2.0 m/s. Phospholipid emulsion is dried at temperature of 65-70 C. Product additionally contains natural bee honey. Product is of nice flavor and aroma. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 tbl, 4 ex
