FIELD: food production industry. SUBSTANCE: high-quality oil-fat phospholipoid food product is intended for use in direct feeding and also as dietetic and cure-prophylactic product at diseases connected with excessive intensification of processes of free radical oxidation in organism in cases of radiation injury, atherosclerosis of various localization, rheumatism. Phospholipoid food product consists of vegetable refined deodorized oil and vegetable phospholipids produced in result of treating non-refined oil with water or water solution of electrolyte in alternating rotating electromagnetic field with magnetic induction of 0.30-0.35 T at field rotation frequency of 50 s -1 at flow speed of 3.5-5.0 m/s. Hold is during 10-15 min at temperature of 70-75 C. Phospholipoid emulsion is separated from oil in thin layer with thickness of 20-30 mm at flow speed of 2.0-5.0 mm/s and temperature of 70-75 C. Phospholipid emulsion is respectively prepared and dried in permanent magnetic field. Application of aforesaid product containing specific combination of components ensures modification of cellular membranes thus increasing degree of their saturation.
