FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: laser ophthalmologic device has power distribution pattern transformer having power density transformer designed as flat convex cylindrical lens with phase plate mounted on the frontal surface of the lens. Device for dividing beam into n PARTS is positioned in front of the power density transformer. The centers of the produced N beams are distributed in the focal plane of the power density transformer lens and separated with distance relative to each other so that uniform power distribution takes place. Holographic plate or prism raster or semi-transparent mirror system is used as the device for dividing beam into n PARTS. EFFECT: simplified design; smooth power density distribution in laser beam cross-section. 2 cl, 1 dwg
