FIELD: automatization of production processes, namely orientation of plate parts in the form of isosceles trapezium with one tapered base, operations of working, assembling, welding, measuring and so on. SUBSTANCE: oriented part is transported by means of rotating ring. At transportation part that is oriented incorrectly in lengthwise direction is secured to radial groove by means of clamp and part that is oriented incorrectly in height direction - by means of other clamp. Correctly oriented part arranged in radial groove that is coincided with through duct slides by gravity and falls in trough. Part oriented incorrectly in lengthwise direction is reoriented to necessary position due to rotation of ring, it is detached by means of clamp in lower portion of housing and after coinciding radial groove with port it is displaced to trough. Part oriented incorrectly in height direction is detached by means of clamp and when radial groove coincides with recess said part is tilted from its small base onto large one and it is fed to radial duct. Incorrectly oriented part is held in duct by means of catching member, then it is reoriented to correct position due to rotation of ring, and at coinciding duct with window part is displaced to discharging tray. Correctly oriented part at coinciding radial duct with tunnel is displaced to discharging tray. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency due to increased probability of correctly oriented discharged parts. 9 dwg
