FIELD: mechanical engineering, possible use for automation of technological processes, in particular, orientation of stepped rods, not having difference of steps across whole fillet perimeter.
SUBSTANCE: device contains inclined body with immoveable central plug, receiving tray, mounted in upper part of body, draining tray and chute - in lower part of body. Ring with radial grooves is provided, mated with body and central plug with possible rotation relatively to axis of the latter. On the bottom of each radial groove, recess and through aperture are provided. Held on the body is end cam, interacting with spring-loaded pushers moveable along axis of central plug, carrying sliders, positioned in radial grooves. Gap is made in the body in front of the chute, which may be combined with radial groove of ring, and in central plug - radial channel is made. Stepped rod, independently from occupied position, is transported in radial groove by ring. Wrongly oriented rod is delayed by recess, oriented by rotation of ring and removed when recess is combined with chute. Correctly oriented rod is lowered by slider until combination with through aperture, and after combination with radial channel is discharged into receiving tray.
EFFECT: simplified construction for orientation of stepped rods.
