FIELD: transport engineering; building of roller beds, invalid chairs and motors-in-wheels. SUBSTANCE: stator has magnetic circuit with even number of equally spaced alternating in polarity permanent magnets, and rotor has magnetic circuit and salient electromagnets pointed to stator magnets and connected in pairs with current collectors. Distributing commutator in contact with current collectors is provided. Design peculiarities of proposed device are the following: device housing and at least one additional magnetic circuit on stator and rotor. Permanent magnets arranged on additional magnetic circuit of stator alternate in polarity with magnets of main magnetic circuit. Each magnetic circuit of rotors is arranged in plane parallel to axis. Commutator is secured on housing. Current collectors are displaced relative to each other. One of them serves as terminal of preceding electromagnet, and the other as terminal of following electromagnet. Current collector displacement angle is equal to permanent magnet displacement angle.
