SUBSTANCE: method comprises removing aqueous organic layer comprising hydrolyzate and concentrated hydrochloric acid in volume ratios from 7:1 to 10:1 till clear interphase boundary is formed from reaction zone and diluting with water to HCL content of 13-18% in said layer, and subsequently isolating desired product containing no Si-Cl bond. The resulting hydrochloric acid aqueous solutions are recycled. EFFECT: product of acid hydrolysis of organochlorosilanes comprises no compounds with Si-Cl bond and comprises preferably alkylcyclosiloxanes, predominantly octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane. 2 cl, 4 ex
