FIELD: analytical chemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention is related to quantitative photometric determination of substance in examined samples by analytical effect of reaction with calorimetric termination with use of video measurement complex. In agreement with method analog signal of color video image of sample is converted to digital signal with subsequent processing of it in computer by parameters of international calorimetric system RGB. Proposed video measurement complex makes it feasible to evaluate examined substance quantitatively in range of absorption maximum by comparison of RGB parameters of analyzed sample with RGB parameters of calibration standards which leads to increased sensitivity thanks to reduced locality of lateral component up to 2.0-5.0 mm and of longitudinal component up to 0.1-1.0 mm and to improvement of basic metrological characteristics of photometric method of analysis of determined substance.
