FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns area of experimental medicine and biology and can be used at studying of localisation and concentration of chemical compounds in tissues of biological objects. The essence of the way of calibrating standards manufacturing, having known quantity of analysed substance consists that in order to estimate intensity of histochemical reactions, a series of solutions on the basis of a 20% aqueous solution of gelatin with various concentration of methyl green and pyronin are prepared; they are polymerised, cut out blocks, frozen, and the snap-frozen blocks of the same thickness are made, as investigated tissue specimens of a biological tissue.
EFFECT: possibility to objectivate estimation of intensity of histochemical reactions with determination of methyl green and pyronin concentration in kernel and cytoplasma of hepatocytes.
