FIELD: coal industry. SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for open-ground, underground, and mixed development of coal deposits involving hydrotransportation of coal and hydraulic, mechanohydraulic, and mechanic breaking-down of coal, and also when processing mined coal. Coal processing includes hydrotransport, sizing, dehydration, taking away commercial coarse-class coal, and concentrating fine-class coal in suspension to content of solids at least 50%. Process water is clarified and reused. Concentrated coal suspension is subjected to additionally crushing coal to produce homogeneous water-coal mixture useful as energy carrier on heat-and- power plants. If necessary, such mixture can be subjected to further concentration followed by homogenization and addition of plasticizer. EFFECT: reduced operation cost. 3 cl
