Control circuit of system is joined with traction DC electric engine used as rotation drive of wheel pairs. Setter of necessary rotation speed and pickup for detecting real rotation speed are connected with comparator forming signal for stabilizing rotation speed of wheel pair. Said signal is fed to traction electric engine. EFFECT: improved design providing automatic stabilization of predetermined rotation speed of wheels independently upon possible changes of turning modes and conditions. 1 dwg
