FIELD: devices of cathode protection and electromechanical treatment of materials. SUBSTANCE: anode grounding conductor has electrodes in the form of thin-walled titanium body concentrically arranged round cable. Outer surface of the body has protrusions. Layer of active material is applied to catalytically treated surface for reduction of current density, and contact members ensuring electrical connection of the body with cable conductor may be stamped directly from titanium body in the form of lugs or cut outs or made in the form of expansion bolts or rivets. Body of grounding conductor may be made in the form of band wound on cable with connection of adjacent turns by locks and by installation of contact members. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 4 cl, 3 dwg
