FIELD: measurement of flow rates of dielectric liquids. SUBSTANCE: working and measuring electrodes form flow with inner side walls of cylindrical metal housing. One electrode located on end surfaces of housing has form of segment of sphere. Supply voltage is fed to working electrode. Change in flow rate causes reduction of induced potential at measuring electrode. EFFECT: enhanced sensitivity; low cost. 4 dwg
