FIELD: measuring of quickly changing and pulsating flowrates of dielectric liquids. SUBSTANCE: flowmeter includes rectangular-shape dielectric-material body, working electrode to which high voltage is applied from power source, metering device connected between measuring electrode and common bus. One electrode is saddle-shaped. When flowrate changes potential induced on measuring electrode is also changed due to polarization current. EFFECT: enhanced responsibility of flowmeter. 2 dwg
