FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: invention is meant for measurement of flow rate of dielectric liquid. Proposed device has inlet duct whose axis is perpendicular to axis of cylindrical metal case. Working and measurement electrodes forming flow part of device together with side walls of case are anchored on butts of case. Working electrode is connected to low-voltage power supply source. Measuring instrument is placed between measurement electrode and ground. EFFECT: enhanced sensitivity, adaptability of device to manufacture and operational safety. 4 dwg
