FIELD: mining and construction technique; applicable in trenchless laying of underground service lines with pipe-casing having opened front end blocked up through full length of run. SUBSTANCE: method includes application of static forces to ground core, its moving and forcing out of pipe simultaneously with application of longitudinal reciprocating force pulses to pipe. In so doing, static forces exerted on ground core are applied from side of pipe front end, and longitudinal reciprocating pulses are applied from side of pipe rear end. Device for method embodiment includes generator of longitudinal reciprocating force pulses which is mounted on pipe.
