SUBSTANCE: invention relates to derivatives of hydroxamic acid containing three cyclic substituents of the formula (I) where R1 - cyclopropyl, cyclobutyl, cyclopentyl or cyclohexyl; R2 - the saturated 5-8-membered monocyclic or bridge nitrogen-containing heterocyclic ring that being as a monocycle has optionally NR4, O, S or SO2 as a ring and/or possibly substituted at one or more carbon atom with hydroxyl, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, oxo- or ketalized oxo-group, carbamoyl, monoalkylcarbamoyl or dialkylcarbamoyl; R3 is 5- or 6-membered nitrogen-containing heterocyclic ring bound through nitrogen atom and has optionally nitrogen or oxygen atom as an additional ring member, optionally substituted with oxo-group at one or two carbon atoms that are adjacent to binding their nitrogen atom and can be condensed with benzene ring; R4 - H, alkyl, phenyl or protective group; m = 1 or 2; n = 1-4; and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts that are inhibitors of collagenase and can be used for delay of development and prophylaxis of articulation degeneration diseases.
