FIELD: chemistry of organometallic compounds. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the method of synthesis of new organoaluminium compounds of the formula (1) and (2) that can be used as a component of catalytic system in processes of oligomerization and polymerization of olefins and diene hydrocarbons and in the fine organic and organometallic synthesis. Method involves the interaction of terminal acetylenes of the formula R-≡-R where R is n-Am; n is Hex, Ph with alkoxyaluminium dichlorides of the formula where R′ is Et, n-Bu and metallic magnesium at the mole ratio = 10:(15-25): :(12-16), respectively, in the presence of catalyst - zirconacene dichloride taken at amount 2-6 mole% with respect to acetylene. Reaction is carried out under argon atmosphere, at the room temperature and under normal pressure. Tetrahydrofuran is used as a solvent.
