FIELD: fine, industrial and organometallic synthesis. SUBSTANCE: method comprises reacting ethylaluminium dichloride and metallic magnesium with mixture of 1,2-dialkyl(phenyl)acetylene of formula: wherein R = C and dichloroethane at molar ratio of 10-14; (22- 30):10:(10-14), respectively, in the presence of titanocene dichloride in amount of 2-6 mole % with respect to disubstituted acetylene in argon atmosphere under normal conditions for 8-12 hours. The resulting new compounds are used as catalyst complex components in polymerization and oligomerization of olefin and diene hydrocarbons, and also in fine, industrial and organometallic synthesis.
