FIELD: fine, industrial and organometallic synthesis. SUBSTANCE: method comprises reacting dialkylaluminium dichloride of formula R′NAlCl2 wherein R′ is C2H5, C3H7 and metallic magnesium with mixture of 1,2-dialkyl(phenyl)acetylene of formula R-≡-R wherein R is C3H7, C4H9, Ph and dichloroethane at molar ratio of (10-14):(22-30):10:(10-14), respectively, in the presence of titanocene dichloride catalyst in amount of 2-6 mole % with respect to disubstituted acetylene in argon atmosphere under normal conditions for 8-12 hours. The resulting new compounds are useful as catalyst complex components in processes of polymerization and oligomerization of olefin and diene hydrocarbons.
