FIELD: exhausted gas neutralizers. SUBSTANCE: platinum group metal is applied into canals of ceramic casing to form coating which is then thermally treated and electric resistance connected to power source is used. According to invention, organic sol in the form of superdispersed platinum metal precipitated on naphthalene crystals is repeatedly applied into canals of preheated casing and further, after heat treatment, electric contacts are made on fresh coating by repeatedly applying, in points to be connected to power source, superdispersed silver organic sol precipitated on naphthalene crystals, which are also subjected to heat treatment. EFFECT: increased efficiency of exhausted gas purification in starting, idling, and low- duty regimes. 3 cl, 2 tbl
