FIELD: devices using properties of wanted materials as selective indications to specifically respond to action of radiation; roentgen-luminescent, photo- and roentgen-fluorescent separation of minerals. SUBSTANCE: separator includes device for loading starting material, feeding this material to zone of detection and devices for detection of wanted product by chosen selective indications connecting with devices for separation of wanted product from flow of starting material, devices for separate collection of wanted and tail products and devices for automatic control of separator. Loading device and/or tail product collecting device are provided with level indicators made in form of at least one pressure pickup which is mounted on side wall of respective device and is connected with separator automatic control units.
