Vector contains DNA fragment encoding the indicated protein. Nucleotide sequence of human, rat, pig and chicken DNA fragment is determined. BDNF protein has molecular mass 12 kDa, isoelectric point 9.9 and able to support viability of oral radix neuron ganglions, dopaminergic and cholinergic central nervous system neurons and inhibit the differentiation of astroglial cells.
