FIELD: nonferrous metallurgy and waste disposal. SUBSTANCE: in a method wherein molding titanium preforms is carried out simultaneously with dehydrogenating annealing of preform batch and hydrogen-charging annealing of batch in the form of preliminarily granulated titanium cuts in a single cycle in a common furnace in a closed circulating protection gas stream, batch before annealings is preheated to temperature sufficient for uniform hydrogen and oxygen distribution throughout batch volume and annealings are carried out continuously, dehydrogenating one being carried out to concentration of hydrogen in preforms preventing their further decelerated brittle destruction, and hydrogen-charging annealing being carried out to hydrogen content in granules ensuring titanium hydride formation. Hydrogen-releasing and hydrogen-absorbing batches are placed in series in the form of process blocks, each of them having at least two containers. The latter are connected in pairs in parallel-to-serial manner to pass circulation stream of protection gas mixed with hydrogen.
