SUBSTANCE: heat-shielding element has heat-accumulating material and electric heater mounted for connection to power supply to heat up the heat-accumulating material. Electric heater is placed inside heat-accumulating material whose melting point is between 53 and 56 C and time required for heating to melting point in element is 10-20 min when powered from 220-V ac supply.
