FIELD: electrical engineering, manufacture of superconducting windings of electrical gears with increased electromagnetic characteristics. SUBSTANCE: tubular lining in the form of spiral with powder of superconducting material is placed uniaxially in protective tubular interlayer. Finely dispersed ceramic powder is placed in internal cavity. Upper and lower punches are positioned. Assembly is arranged on steel base. Welding is conducted by way of impact loading thanks to acceleration of cylindrical striker by powder propelling device and its stroke into axial conduit of protective tubular interlayer. Specific masses of punches, striker, steel base and layer of ceramic powder are taken into account. EFFECT: enhanced electrical characteristics of articles manufactured by given process. 2 dwg, 1 tbl
