FIELD: methods of manufacture of piezoelectric elements, insulators, etc; applicable in electrical and radioelectronic industries. SUBSTANCE: method includes placement of powder into composite container and separation of powder into layers between metal spacers. Composite container consists of internal shell made from metal foil, upper and lower metal discs and external shell from soft highly ductile metal. Container with powder is placed between upper and lower punches and subjected to pressing by impact loading with powder charge device effected by striker through conical transformer and protective metal layer installed on upper punch located on container external shell forming cylinder with through channel in the form of mold. In this case, outer diameter of container external shell equals 1.5-2 inner diameters of container. Angle at cone vertex of conical transformer amounts to 90-110 deg. Impact loading is effected at velocity of striker of 400-650 m/s and ratio between weight of striker and sum of weights of conical-transformer, protective metal layer, upper punch, upper metal disc, metal spacers, layers of pressed powder equals 0.121-0.235.
