FIELD: vibration type apparatuses for shaving and hair cutting. SUBSTANCE: shaver includes movable and stationary cutters mounted in housing, electromagnetic vibrator having rotary armature and joined with movable cutter by means of elastic carrier. Rotary armature is mounted in mean portion of axle in the form of guide having non-round cross section with possibility of motion along axle. Both ends of axle are rigidly secured to base of vibrator. Rigidity of elastic carrier is selected according to condition of dynamic inertial suppression of rotary armature oscillations by means of mass of movable cutter. EFFECT: improved design providing low level of noise created by shaver and eliminating technological scattering of oscillation amplitude. 2 dwg
