Rectangular space is made lengthwise inside beam. Mass is made in form of resilient curved steel plate forming a part of hollow cylinder interference-fitted in beam space, cylinder generatrices being square to beam longitudinal axis. Layer of material featuring high sliding friction coefficient is applied to one of end faces of curved plate along generatrix of cylinder.
