FIELD: tyre industry. SUBSTANCE: devices has tyre blank holder with rotary drive, thread feed unit, thread winder with thread guides for winding thread onto tyre blank, winder shifting drive thread tensioner, bead ring holder and device for mounting bead rings onto tyre blank. Thread winder is arranged in meridional plane of tyre blank outside tyre blank and is made in form of slider-crank four-member mechanism with two driving cranks and connecting rods. Thread guides are mounted on connecting rods. Device is provided with special mechanism for combined step-by step turning of tyre blank and bead rings and mechanism to bring tyre blank from operating position after thread laying. Bead ring holder has drive to provide displacement of bead rings along tyre blank axis and fixing of bead rings in operating position relative to thread guides. Mechanical coupling between cranks can be made with constant or variable gear ratio. Winder drive is made with gear ratio if mechanical coupling between cranks has constant gear ratio. Winder drive is made in form of cam mechanism if variable ratio mechanical coupling between cranks is used. Each crank has variable ratio drive. EFFECT: provision of high capacity and required thread laying pitch, simplified design, convenience in operation. 6 cl, 12 dwg
