FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of aqueous-alcoholic liquid (mixture) by mixing rectified alcohol of the highest purification and water. 65.8-% sugar syrup is introduced, and mixture is supplied to vacuum cavity of injector simultaneously with powder-like activated carbon. Carbon is separated from rectified vodka, and hop aromatic alcohol is introduced in it. After it, vodka is aged and bottled. Prepared vodka has the following ratio of ingredients, l/1000 dal: hop aromatic alcohol, 0.7-1.0; 65.8-% sugar syrup, 20-21; and, kg: powder-like activated carbon, 0.8-1.2; aqueous-alcoholic liquid from ethyl rectified alcohol of the highest purification and water, the balance. Introduction of hop aromatic alcohol in vodka not only aromatizes it but stabilizes, keeping saturation in taste and aroma. EFFECT: higher quality of vodka with prolonged storage life due to very deep and quick rectification at direct contact of carbon and mixture. 1 tbl, 3 ex
