FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: drinking water is treated by the known method to hardness value 0.2 mole/m3, stirred with rectified ethyl alcohol "Ekstra" for 10-20 min intensely, egg protein is added, stirred for additional 10-20 min and precipitated deposits are separated from an aqueous-spirituous solution by filtration. Then sugar as 65.8%-th sugar syrup or sugar aqueous solution is added to filtrate and fed to treatment with activated carbon into injection unit. Then vodka is filtered finally and poured. Ready vodka has the following ratio of components per 1000 dal: egg protein, 1-2 l; sugar, 16-18 kg; rectified ethyl alcohol "Ekstra" and treated water with hardness value below 0.2 mole/m3 are taken in the amount to provide vodka proof 40%.
