FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of solution from ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and potable corrected water at the rate of 40-% strength of prepared vodka. Aromatic alcohol prepared from barley malt is divided into two streams, and the smaller one is introduced together with 65.8-% sugar syrup into solution. The latter is cleaned with introduced components on carbon-cleaning battery and directed to finishing vessel where the larger stream of aromatic alcohol of barley malt is added. The prepared blend is filtered and bottled. The vodka contains the following ratio of ingredients, l/1000 dal: aromatic alcohol of barley malt, 4.5-5.5; 65.8-% sugar syrup, 29-32; aqueous-alcoholic liquid, the balance. The method allows to prepare vodka enriched by complex of biologically active components of barley malt and to reduce cost price of prepared product due to only one operation by aromatic alcohol preparation without its preliminary infusion.
