SUBSTANCE: method includes water preparation, solution preparation from water and ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra", introduction of 65.8-% sugar syrup, solution cleaning by activated carbon in injector, activated carbon removal by filtration, strength correction, final filtration, addition of flavor "Khleb" of "Bush Boake Allen" firm, and bottling. Prepared vodka has the following ratio of ingredients, kg/1000 dal: flavor "Khleb" of "Bush Boake Allen" firm, 0.13-0.16; activated carbon, 1.3-2.0; and also, l: 65.8-% sugar syrup, 16-17; aqueous-alcoholic mixture from ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and potable water, the balance. Method of vodka production is simple and does not require any additional expenditures. The vodka is enriched with full range of biologically active substances necessary for human organism.
