SUBSTANCE: cylindrical housing of device has inlet branch pipe and outlet hole. Shaft mounted inside housing is provided with blades in form of chains connected in pairs by means of rigid links. blades are provided with wedge-shaped washers located inside end links. Width of center portion of links is controllable. EFFECT: enhanced reliability and improved quality of charging the furnace. 3 cl, 4 dwg
