FIELD: biotechnology, dairy industry. SUBSTANCE: nutrient medium is fermented with pure cultures Bifidobacterium adolescentis MC-42, Lactobacillus plantarum B-119 and Lactobacillus buchneri CP. Before 4 h to fermentation process termination the pure culture of the strain Lactobacillus acidophilus 97 is added to the fermented mixture. Then bacterial cells are separated from nutrient medium and obtained biomass is mixed with dry glucose at ratio = 1:15.
