FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting tissues from the clitoris to the exterior urethral orifice. Its distal segment is exposed. The exposed portion of the urethra is moved under the clitoris pedicles and fixed on the orifice edges. Posterior urethra wall is fixed in proximal part by attaching it to paravaginal tissues. Vagina integrity is restored. EFFECT: prevented infection penetration into urethra during sexual act. 5 dwg
