FIELD: electrical measurement technology, automatic system collecting information on magnitudes of measured quantities. SUBSTANCE: electrical measurement instrument includes case, measurement mechanism with casing and mobile part, pointer indicator, marked scale, capacitive pickup formed by pointer indicator and current-carrying electrodes deposited on scale. Assemblage of electrodes presents arc-shaped layer divided into parts by grooves. These elements are integrated in two electrodes each of them being connected to separate additional terminal. Grooves between electrodes are made for differential and monotone change of capacitances between pointer and each electrode. Output capacitances of pickup may be equal and bridge measurement circuit can be balanced with maximum deflection of pointer. Scale can have additional element of one of electrodes to provide for equality of areas of surfaces of electrodes located outside region effected by pointer.
