FIELD: medicine; maxillofacial surgery.
SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a method for mandibular bone plasty. Method consists in growing bone tissue by implanting into a thickness of spongy part of ilium of an implant of porous polytetrafluoroethylene, implant comprises a reconstructive plate for the lower jaw, wound with nonwoven titanium material with through porosity, plate is implanted into spongy part of iliac bone by implant application on pre-decorticated comb of iliac bone with subsequent cultivation for 4 weeks, implant is placed in the lower jaw bone defect area, then prepared implant with saturated bone tissue is intraoperatively re-twisted by non-woven titanium material in accordance with missing volume of soft tissues in lower jaw area, forming a damping pad on which a suspension of autologous multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells is uniformly applied, after which the ends of the plate are fixed to the lower jaw by fixing screws.
EFFECT: method allows filling soft tissue complex defect in lower jaw area, reducing traumatism of treatment, reducing resorption of implant and lower jaw.
