FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has sole, inlay, extensible holder having fixing belt. The sole is rigid and has border member all along perimeter reaching back surface of the first toe to the level of metatarsophalangeal articulation. It is modeled with respect to foot in a way that envelope is created for the first toe having separating partition in the first intertoe space covering the first toe from above to the level of metatarsophalangeal articulation. The sole completely repeats the shape of the lower sole surface and border without extending to the back surface of the first toe and the separating partition. The fixing splint is produced from light carbon fiber reinforced laminate. The first toe envelope has holes to let air circulate on the back surface. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; enabled rigid foot fixation and correct toe position for allowing loads to be applied. 3 cl, 3 dwg
