FIELD: chemical, microbiological and food industries. SUBSTANCE: device has cylindrical tank with end faces formed by discs secured on shafts in cantilever way, cylindrical surface formed by section of endless band embracing the discs and mounted on supporting rollers. Device also has branch pipe for introduction of source material positioned in central part of tank installed with slope towards one of its end faces and with slope angle being adjustable. Attachment with operating members in the form of plates is suspended freely inside tank. Plates are arranged in longitudinal row with inclination towards generating line of tank cylindrical surface. In this case, directions of inclination of plates and tank coincide, and attachment is secured for changing the depth of immersion into tank.
