FIELD: microbiology, immunology. SUBSTANCE: analyzed blood sample is mixed with heparin and live culture of pathogen is added. Mixture is incubated at 37 C and smears are prepared in 30 and 100-120 min. Reaction results are recorded by amount of absorbed cells in the first smear, by activity of enzymes in the first and second smears and by amount of brucellae forms in the 2nd smear. Functional state is estimated by relative index of the amount of lyzed cells to the total amount of absorbed ones and by alternation of cytochemical indices in the process of opsonophagocytic reaction course. Invention can be used for estimation of immunological state of organism at brucellosis pathogen effect. EFFECT: high degree of information, guarantee of immunological state of organism estimation.
