SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compounds 1,25-dihydroxy-16-ene-24-oxo-cholecalciferol or 1,24,25-trihydroxy-16-ene-cholecalciferol which stimulate the differentiation of HL-60 cells. These compounds are valuable as agents that can be used for treatment of tumor sicknesses, for example, leukemia. Also, they decrease human keratinocyte proliferation and therefore they are valuable as agents for treatment of skin hyperproliferative sicknesses, for example, psoriasis.
