FIELD: traumatology and orthopedics; may be used in production of implants of external perosseous osteosynthesis. SUBSTANCE: method includes plasma spraying on implant metal base of multilayer biologically active coating including the first transition layer from titanium with grain size of 3-5 mcm, distance of spraying of 70-80 mm, layer thickness of 5-10 mcm; additional second strengthening transition layer from mixture of titanium powder with grain size of 50-70 mcm of total mass fraction from 20 to 50% and powder of corundum Al2O3 with grain size of 20-40 mcm and total mass fraction from 50 to 80% and layer thickness of 20-40 mcm with current intensity of 540-560 A and spraying distance of 100 mm; the third barrier layer of powder of corundum Al2O3 with grain size of 5 mcm, thickness of 20-35 mcm under the same spraying conditions; and the fourth bioactive layer from powdery hydroxylapatite with grain size of 40-70 mcm, distance of spraying of 700 mm up to thickness of 20-30 mcm. Method provides for required strength and smooth transition from structure and properties of compact metal implant to structure and properties of external bioactive layer and reliable barrier properties for limiting the depth of growing the bone tissue and reduced injury to bone tissue in removal of implant.
