SUBSTANCE: invention can be used as a coating for intraosseous implants made of titanium alloys. Method of producing a bioactive porous coating for intraosseous implants made from titanium alloys, consists in the fact that the coating is applied on the implant base in an argon atmosphere with consecutive reciprocating motion of the plasmatron in the spraying modes and with a constant distance between the plasmatron and the implant base equal to 150–180 mm, providing specified thickness, density and porosity of layers. Sputtered material used is titanium wire, and plasma-forming gas is a mixture of argon with hydrogen.
EFFECT: technical result is production of bioactive porous coating for intraosseous implants made of titanium alloys, having high osteointegration properties, providing a reliable stable connection between the implant and bone tissue.
