FIELD: natural gas processing. SUBSTANCE: original gas is picked under pressure 14.0-16.5 atm and divided into two streams. Main process stream is heated to 80 C in high-pressure heat exchanger by heat of circulation gas having temperature 105-110 C. Main stream gas is then desulfurized and subjected to steam catalytic conversion to produce converted gas, evolved heat and steam being utilized in the process. After that, gas is compressed to 75 atm and methanol synthesis with unreacted gas circulation to recuperate its heat is carried out. Unreacted gas is further cooled in air-cooling apparatus and in recycled water cooler to condense methanol. The second stream of original gas is decompressed, heated and methanol-mediated heater to 50-60 C and used as fuel gas. EFFECT: enhanced process efficiency. 1 dwg
