FIELD: plastic metal working, particularly spinning for making complex-profile axially symmetrical parts such as wheels, discs having boss, web and rim, possibly of low-ductile hard-to-form materials, for example of refractory alloys. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes roller mounted in holder on bearing assemblies. Said roller may perform axial and radial motions relative to worked part together with holder by action of actuating mechanism. Inside roller and holder there are ducts for passing cooling agent. Apparatus is also provided with heat insulation member mounted with possibility of motion together with holder and with roller. Heat insulation member and ducts for passing cooling agent are made in such a way that to provide maximally possible uniform low- temperature field in holder and in bearing assembly.
