SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new derivatives of 5-arylindole of the formula (I) where R₁ means (see sheet with formulas) A, B, C, D - each means carbon atom or one of their means nitrogen atom; R₂, R₃, R₄, R₅ - each means independently hydrogen atom, C₁-C₆-alkyl, phenyl, halide, cyano-group, ; R₆ means hydrogen atom, -OR₁₀; R₇, R₈, R₁₄, R₁₅ - each means independently hydrogen atom, C₁-C₆-alkyl, -(CH₂)_xOR₁₁; R₉ means hydrogen atom, C₁-C₆-alkyl, phenyl; R₁₀ means C₁-C₁₀-alkyl; R₁₁ means C₁-C₆-alkyl; n = 0, 1 or 2; m = 0, 1, 2 or 3; x = 2 or 3; dotted line means a simple bond optionally, or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts. Invention describes a pharmaceutical composition based on compounds of the formula (I) binding 5-HT-1A and 5-HT-1 receptors that can be used for treatment of patients with hypertension, depression, migraine and a method of receptors binding also.
