SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new derivatives of 5-arylindole of the formula (I) where R1 means (see sheet with formulas) A, B, C, D - each means carbon atom or one of their means nitrogen atom; R2, R3, R4, R5 - each means independently hydrogen atom, C1-C6-alkyl, phenyl, halide, cyano-group, ; R6 means hydrogen atom, -OR10; R7, R8, R14, R15 - each means independently hydrogen atom, C1-C6-alkyl, -(CH2)xOR11; R9 means hydrogen atom, C1-C6-alkyl, phenyl; R10 means C1-C10-alkyl; R11 means C1-C6-alkyl; n = 0, 1 or 2; m = 0, 1, 2 or 3; x = 2 or 3; dotted line means a simple bond optionally, or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts. Invention describes a pharmaceutical composition based on compounds of the formula (I) binding 5-HT-1A and 5-HT-1 receptors that can be used for treatment of patients with hypertension, depression, migraine and a method of receptors binding also.
