Pharmaceutical composition can be used for oral, parenteral, buccal or rectal administration. Composition has (R)-5-(methylaminosulfonylmethyl)-3-(N-methyl-pyrrolidine-2-ylmethyl)-1H-indole or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt at amount from 0.1 mcg to less 0.1 mg per a single dose and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. Composition can be made as a tablet, capsule, suppositorium, retention enema or the standard injection dose. The pharmaceutical composition for aerosol using has (R)-5- -(methylaminosulfonylmethyl)-3-(N-methylpyrrolidine-2-yl- -methyl)-1H-indole or (R)-5-(methylaminosulfonylmethyl)-3- -(pyrrolidine-2-ylmethyl)-1H-indole or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts at amount from 0.01 mcg to less 20 mcg per a single dose and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
